We are seeking an experienced Senior RPG Developer with strong IBM i (AS400) expertise to provide technical leadership, deliver high-quality software solutions, and support mission-critical business applications within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Evaluate business requirements and determine operational feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership within development teams.
- Ensure solutions adhere to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to applications, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design initiatives.
Software Development & Support
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise applications on the IBM i (AS400) platform.

- Design, optimize, and maintain DB2/400 database solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as an RPG Developer, AS400 Developer, or AS400 Technical Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, COBOL/400, Synon (Cool 2E), DB2/400, and SQL/400.
- Proven experience working within enterprise-scale production environments.
