About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a qualification for Forman Road works.
Must have 8 - 10 years of experience in road work.
Must be able to plan road construction projects effectively.
Must be able to supervise and coordinate construction crews.
Must have experience in Quality Control like conducting inspections, addressing any defects or issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Must have experience in quality standards and compliance with regulation codes.
Must have knowledge of safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with safety guidelines.
Must have knowledge in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
