We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our high-performance team.

This is not your average desk-recruiting role. We want closers, relationship builders, and industry pros who can confidently manage top clients and top candidates alike.

What You'll Do

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle from business development to placement
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Use cutting-edge sourcing strategies and your market network to attract the best talent
• Bring a deep understanding of your market and share insights & intelligence with clients
• Consistently bill R150K to R250K/month and drive your earnings sky-high

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of agency recruitment experience
• A proven track record of high billings (
• Strong BD & client management skills, you know how to win and grow accounts
• Expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and executive search
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools
• Solid knowledge of South African labour law & compliance
• A passion for recruitment and a love of exceeding expectations
