About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Zanzibar.
Key Requirements:
- +10 years experience within construction specialising in residential, high-rise buildings and villas
- B-Tech in Quantity Surveying or higher
- Proven experience in managing large scale real-estate development projects
- Knowledge of construction contracts, cost management and project management
- Permanent role in Zanzibar
