About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
Must have 3+ years of post-registration experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Must have knowledge and experience in the Commercial property sector.
Must be proficient in IT systems, WinQS, DimX and BIM software.
Must have experience in pre-contract services from feasibility through tendering, measurement of building works for estimating, reports, Project Cost Reporting, report writing and preparation of tender and contractual documentation.
Must have experience in procurement methods, strategies and forms of contracts, and administration of contract procedures.
Must have experience in post-contact services, interim valuation applications, change management, and extension of time claims.
