You'll take ownership of engineering design and technical execution across grid-tied and hybrid solar PV projects up to 50?MW. From feasibility studies and system optimisation to client engagement and construction support, you'll lead every phase of the project lifecycle. Your role spans detailed design reviews, site assessments, stakeholder meetings, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and push for standardisation and optimisation across projects, while also supporting business development with technical input and solution proposals.

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours or Master's advantageous) and at least 3 years of experience in PV project design and delivery. You've led technical teams within EPC or IPP environments, mentored junior staff, and worked on systems exceeding 100?kW. You're proficient in tools like PVsyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD, and bring deep knowledge of hybrid systems, utility integration, and regulatory compliance. Your communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities set you apart.
