About the position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a passion for Agile methodologies, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to lead and drive innovative Microsoft based projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in project execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing complex initiatives, aligning business goals with technology advancements, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end AI, automation, and Agile transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive Agile best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define and track KPIs for project success, measuring efficiency, quality, and ROI.
- Implement automation solutions to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and reduce manual effort.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation trends, identifying opportunities for innovation within the organization.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring transparent reporting and effective stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical AI guidelines in project execution.
Your expertise:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Agile and AI-driven projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience driving Agile adoption.
- Expertise in automation technologies and AI-driven solutions within a business environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in software development, AI, or automation technologies is highly desirable.
Qualifications required:
- Must be Microsoft Certified
- Certification in PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent is a plus.
