Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects.
This is a pivotal role driving digital transformation, ensuring successful implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
You will be responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

?? Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations from initiation to go-live.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure quality assurance and benefits realization.
- Report progress to senior leadership with clear metrics and KPIs.
?? Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in IT/software project management.
- 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proven track record in vendor and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft Dynamics 365 fundamentals) are highly desirable.
