About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project life cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale business and technology projects within a banking environment.
- Drive project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects adhere to banking regulatory, governance, and security standards.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years within the banking sector.
- Proven experience delivering projects within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing business transformation, regulatory, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and senior leadership teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
