This is a strategic and delivery-focused role where you'll oversee a dynamic UX/UI portfolio within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Design, Tech, and Data, driving collaboration, cohesion, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives - with a special focus on Loyalty & Rewards in a next-generation app ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Own and govern the digital design (UX/UI) portfolio for Loyalty & Rewards, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end delivery management, overseeing workflows, sprints, and capacity planning through tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and accelerate delivery.
- Oversee BAU and change requests, ensuring seamless triage, prioritisation, and resolution of design-related work.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to synchronize backlogs, release plans, and delivery timelines.
- Report on UX/UI delivery metrics, performance, and user experience KPIs for executive and board visibility.
- Champion continuous improvement, using analytics and behavioural insights to refine and evolve digital experiences.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in digital delivery, program/portfolio management, or design operations.
- Proven experience working closely with UX/UI, Product, and Technology teams in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Design, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
