SENIOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICER: STREET PEOPLE UNIT
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1 071 429 PER ANNUM ? REF NO: CACD 14/25 ? CAPE TOWN
Requirements:
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification preferably a B degree or National Diploma
- Five (5) to eight (8) years' relevant experience
- Specialist knowledge in the following areas: Project Management tools and techniques; Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies; the Social Development environment impacting communities; Research and Programme Development within the Rough Sleeper' People section
- A valid Code EB driver's licence
- Computer literacy (Advanced MS Office skills).
Key performance areas:
In collaboration and in support of the Head: Street People:
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of citywide programmes for Rough Sleeper People
- Develop and coordinate processes within the Community, Arts and Culture Development Department addressing the Rough Sleepers Programme challenges throughout the City of Cape Town
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations involved in the programmes undertaken within the Community, Arts and Culture Development Portfolio
- Ensure the various phases of the project /contract management processes are implemented
- Provide monitoring and evaluation to assist the Department to track area implementation and demonstrate the impact of identified project/programmes or policies
- Manage and control outcomes associated with utilisation, productivity and performance of Personnel
- Perform administration relating to area of responsibility.
