About the position
A leading FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and optimise high-volume production operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
????????????????????????:
? Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
? Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
? Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO)
? Proven experience managing large teams and multiple production lines
? Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and continuous improvement tools
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
