Well-established company in Lanseria seeks a Senior Procurement and Admin Assistant to join their team!
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in procurement and administrative roles.
- Experience in the Aviation industry will be advantageous.
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Administration, or Supply Chain preferred.
Duties:
- Manage and process orders — confirm stock, place and track supplier orders, arrange collections/deliveries, and follow up on payments and documentation.
- Conduct price comparisons, source materials, and coordinate with suppliers and drivers.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for supplier, aircraft, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee consumables, equipment servicing, and maintenance scheduling.
- Administer leave forms, timesheets, and overtime records; reconcile clock-in data and resolve queries.
- Coordinate the ordering, approval, receipt, and distribution of staff uniforms.
- Provide reception support when needed, including handling calls, visitors, and stationery requests.
- Ensure smooth daily operations through proactive communication, organization, and follow-up.
