About the position
The ideal candidate should have 5–10+ years of mining engineering experience, with a strong background in open-pit mine planning, design, scheduling, and feasibility studies. Experience within a consulting environment and proficiency in software such as Datamine and Deswik would be highly advantageous.
The role will involve leading mining studies, managing multidisciplinary projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to business development and project delivery from concept through to feasibility stage.

Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering (essential).
5–10+ years of relevant mining engineering experience.
Proven open-pit mining project and feasibility study experience.
Experience leading teams and managing mining projects.
Hands-on operational mine site experience is highly preferred, as candidates with practical on-site exposure are likely to excel in both study work and operational support.
