Position: Senior People & Culture (The title may be upgraded to Executive People & Culture depending on the successful candidate's experience and final approval)
Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Full-time in office)

Requirements: -
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
- 15+ years progressive HR experience
- 8-10 years senior management experience leading a full HR function
- Proven experience developing and implementing P&C strategies
- Experience as strategic business partner to Executive Committees and Boards
- Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary HR teams
- Strong remuneration, benchmarking, and job grading expertise
- Extensive labour relations knowledge (Section 189, CCMA, disciplinary processes)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills – must build own Board packs
- Experience with HR technology and people analytics
- Experience managing Employment Equity and Transformation strategies
Key Responsibilities: -
- Strategic People Leadership – Develop and execute P&C strategy aligned to business objectives; partner with Exco; lead change management
- Board & Committee Reporting – Prepare and present reports to Manco, Remco, and Board; manage three different board packs
- Remuneration & Job Grading – Lead benchmarking, salary structuring, job profiling, and job grading; make all employment offers
- Talent Management – Drive talent strategy, organisational design, workforce profiling, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Employee & Industrial Relations – Oversee ER practices; facilitate Section 189 processes; coach managers on IR and performance management
- Culture & Transformation – Lead culture, diversity, wellbeing, and Employment Equity initiatives; drive statutory reporting
- Learning & Development – Oversee L&D strategy; drive leadership development and onboarding programmes
- Payroll & HR Operations – Provide governance oversight of payroll; ensure data integrity and process improvement
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure P&C policies remain compliant; monitor legislation; lead risk management
