About the position
· Responsible for capturing the bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into excel from manual forms Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers
· Ensure accuracy of the attendance registers.
· Submit attendance register to Financial Manager for approval and formula check
· Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site
· Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for
· Prepare Performance Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance register and submit to site HR office
· Receive all PBR adjustments from site HR office
· Amend and finalize PBR figures
· Prepare stats per fortnight on PBR figures and submit to operations director
· Assist with payroll queries
· Complete exit documents (withdrawal forms, UI19 certificates & certificate of service)
· Confirm employment of employees with 3rd parties.
· Review monthly payroll
RequirementsQualifications required
• Diploma of 1 to 3 years / NQF level 6
Skills and experience required
• 5 years’ experience in similar role
• VIP Premier Payroll
• NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience preferred
Desired Skills:
- Grade 12
- Degree
- Min 5 yrs exp
