Senior Paid Social Specialist, LinkedIn

About the position

Our client is a global education group driven by a mission to develop conscious leaders. The group is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to take ownership of LinkedIn as a key performance marketing channel across its diverse portfolio of business units, with a particular focus on Corporate Education, executive programmes and B2B audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across an international, multi-brand environment. You will have the opportunity to shape LinkedIn paid media strategy, influence how the group engages with professional audiences and drive meaningful commercial outcomes through sophisticated targeting, campaign innovation and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn strategy and campaign management.
• Build audience targeting by job title, industry and matched audiences, including account-based campaigns.
• Run lead generation forms integrated with the CRM.
• Write creative briefs and run creative testing.
• Manage budget pacing.
• Report performance and share insights with account owners.
• Provide secondary cover on Meta.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in paid social, including at least 3 years with heavy LinkedIn focus.
• B2B experience.
• Working knowledge of Meta.
• Strong analytics skills.
• LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications are an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

• Agency experience and comfort wearing multiple hats are essential.
• Experience in higher education or ed-tech is an advantage.
