About the position
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Senior Officer: Talent Sourcing
Talent Sourcing, the successful incumbent is accountable to ensure manpower requirements are supplied with the best available human talents in a timely,
cost effective and structured manner by conducting best recruitment practices in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, selecting and hiring.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology related qualification.
- Relevant 4 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing/ Recruitment related environment.
- Experience in SAP HCM will be an added advantage.

- Recruitment and Selection Processes and Procedures.
- Knowledge of Relevant Labour Legislation.
