Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Talent Sourcing, the successful incumbent is accountable to ensure manpower requirements are supplied with the best available human talents in a timely, cost effective and structured manner by conducting best recruitment practices in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, selecting and hiring.
Key Performance Areas
Provide Hands-on, Full Cycle Recruitment for Assigned Requirements
Advertising
- Engage OD on the advert and submit for publishing.
Screening
- Provide regular feedback to Hiring Manager regarding progress of screening.
- Complete screening within prescribed timelines while ensuring compliance to the Resourcing Policy
- Assist in the administration of the E-Recruitment portal for own Area.
Shortlisting
- Ensure that applications submitted to the shortlisting panel meet the minimum requirements.
- Ensure that the shortlisting panel is constituted in line with the Resourcing policy.
- Ensure fairness and impartiality during the shortlisting process.

Facilitate and Conduct Interview in Compliance to Applicable Legislation, HR Policies and Procedures
- Schedule interviews and ensure that all logistics around interviews are seamless.
- Ensure interview panel is constituted in line with the Resourcing Policy.
- Ensure fairness and impartiality during interviews.
- Ensure compliance to all applicable labour legislations.
Psychometric Assessments Administration
- Facilitate the assessments process for the candidates recommended by the interview panel.
- Schedule candidate/s for Assessments with the external service provider.
- Facilitate feedback session for candidates (successful).
Conduct Background Checks
- Facilitate the process of background checks with the relevant service provider.
- Review background check results and provide feedback to line manager where necessary.
- Escalate background check results where necessary.
Facilitate Appointments, On-Boarding and Induction
- Facilitate approval of appointment.
- Extend offer and receive accepted offers.
- Assist employee complete engagement packs, and other benefits.
- Ensure new employees attends induction on first day of employment.
Stakeholder Relations
- Assist with maintaining proactive and progressive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with presentation of data findings in an easy-to-read and understood format.
Reporting
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of Regulation reports.
- Aid in the development of functional reporting systems, for management, project or performance reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology related qualification.
- Relevant 4 years' experience in Talent Sourcing/ Recruitment related environment.
- Experience in SAP HCM will be an added advantage.
