A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Senior Officer: Customer Analytics
The Senior Officer: Customer Analytics is responsible for developing a clear and comprehensive view of the customer experience through data on customer behaviour and
insights to enable the business to acquire, develop, and retain customers more profitably and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Information Management/Customer Relations related qualification.
Experience:
- Relevant 4 years’ experience in a Customer Analytics related environment.
