About the position
To support, secure, and maintain the organisation’s network and server infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations across the business.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT and Network Administration
- Diploma in IT Systems Administration
- A+ and Network+ certifications
- MCITP or Microsoft equivalent
- Routing, switching, VPN
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Windows Server
- Active Directory and user permissions
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Azure AD)
- Network security, backups, and disaster recovery
- MikroTik routing and switching experience (advantageous)
Key Performance Areas:
- Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure
- Configure and support routing, switching, and VPN environments
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Maintain network security, backups, and recovery processes
- Support VOIP, hardware, and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues
- Provide reliable internal IT support to business users
- Maintain system documentation and configurations
