Our client provides wireless IoT technology and customer service analytics solutions, helping businesses capture real-time data on service levels, performance, and customer feedbacktheir systems power smart queue management, feedback terminals, and big data dashboards across Southern Africa. The team is small, close-knit, and down-to-earth, a laid-back, mixed environment where humour and accountability go hand in hand.
You'll take ownership of the technical environment in Gauteng, supporting the setup, installation, and maintenance of IoT and network systems for regional clients. This is a hands-on, senior-level role suited to someone who thrives in a self-managed, remote setup while ensuring reliable system performance and client satisfaction.
