We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a global organisation, for an experienced Senior NetSuite Support Analyst to join their Finance Systems team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite professional who enjoys solving system challenges, improving business processes, and supporting finance users. You'll act as a key point of contact for NetSuite support, reporting, training, and continuous system improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and optimise NetSuite saved searches and reports.
- Provide advanced NetSuite support to Finance and business users.
- Train finance teams on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain training guides, documentation and video content.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Support finance system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite across the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes.
Must-Have Requirements- Minimum 3–5 years' experience supporting finance systems.
- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience is essential.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining NetSuite Saved Searches.
- Experience supporting finance users within a finance or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting and system workflows.
- Experience delivering user training and creating system documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Advantageous- Experience with NetSuite reporting and dashboards.
- Experience supporting finance transformation or system improvement projects.
- Exposure to ERP implementations or system enhancements.
- Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related qualification.
