Senior .NET Developer

About the position

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with .NET 8 and C# 12 features, idioms and performance optimization.
• Proven experience with Dapper and Entity Framework Core in production systems.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise including query tuning, indexing, execution plans and statistics.
• Deep understanding of transactional guarantees (ACID), isolation levels and deadlock analysis; experience with sharding and partitioning is beneficial.
• Experience with Redis and distributed caching strategies is beneficial.
• Experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, search and aggregation optimization) is beneficial.
• Solid experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures and understanding service boundaries and communication patterns.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience, preferably with Azure DevOps, and familiarity with deployment strategies and release management.
• Practical experience with observability tooling, incident management and leading post-mortems.
• Strong automated testing background across unit, integration, contract and performance tests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ownership mindset and ability to lead through high-severity production incidents.
