About the position
Our client is seeking a dynamic and capable Senior Marketing Assistant to join there team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent client service in a bilingual environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Insurance License – Fully qualified to provide advice in accordance with South African insurance legislation
- Proven experience in Personal, Commercial, and Agricultural insurance products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Technologically adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Any additional relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and compiling renewal documentation
- Managing policy changes and updates
- Assisting with and overseeing insurance claims processes
- Requesting and following up on quotations from insurers
- Managing and responding to client queries
- Performing a variety of general administrative support tasks
