About the position
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Insights and Research Associate to join their growing team. In this client-facing role, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing research solutions, analysing data, and delivering strategic recommendations that empower their clients to make informed decisions.
What you'll do:
- Advise clients on research design, best practices, and optimal solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct client workshops, presentations, and consultations.
- Develop and deliver creative, insightful, and scalable research solutions, including surveys, reports, and recommendations.
- Manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Translate data into actionable insights through analysis and reporting using multi-channel feedback platforms, BI tools, Excel, or other relevant software.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to business development activities by crafting white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership content.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience applying quantitative methodologies, research design, and research techniques.
- Proven track record of success in a research house, market research supplier, or employee engagement provider.
- Strong client-facing experience in research design and solution delivery.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical thinking, data analysis, report writing, and insights generation skills.
- Strong numeracy and a focus on quality and action-oriented solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management principles.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with BI or dashboarding tools.
- Qualitative research experience.
- Design experience for surveys and reports.
- Knowledge of sampling methods and sample design.
- Statistical skills and experience with R/SAS/SPSS.
- Experience in customer experience (CX) or employee experience (EX).
