Introduction
Manages performance marketing and paid digital media in the funnel and ensures qualified traffic into the omnichannel (Shops and ASAP)
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all digital marketing materials meet technical specs
Measure and report for digital suppliers
Manage supplier campaigns
Bridge communication between creative teams and digital leads, plan and execute digital campaign, integrate CDP to Meta, Integrate CDP to Smart Shopper
Manage paid media agencies
Manage paid media budgets for Pick n Pay
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
Degree in Marketing, IT, or Engineering
Certifications in MarTech platforms such as Meta, Google AI, X, and/or TikTok (preferred)
5-8 years experience in Digital Performance and Paid Media Marketing
Technical Skills
MarTech platforms, HTML/CSS basics, Marketing automation tools. Tech Stacks, Data Excellence
Proficient in coding, Meta expertise, Google expert, AI expert, paid media expert
