About the position

Our client is looking for suitable candidates who are qualified to hold the position of Senior Manager Operations on a permanent basis. The functions of the successful incumbent will include but are not limited to the management of Business Operations.

Duties.

• Develop and implementation of the operation strategy and operating model.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high moral.
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance with the relevant industry regulations and standards, as well as internal policies.
• Managing day-to -day operations as well as the operations team and operations department
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide information on different trends.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events publications and announcements.
• Performance planning and monitoring
• Registration - Develop and monitor implementation of the CRM strategy and policy which guides the sourcing of the most suitable CRM system and processes in the organisation.
• Information Management - Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and documents management levels.
• Risk Management - oversee the development of a risk management plan for the organisation to ensure the maintenance of good risk management practises within the organisational risk management plan.

Qualifications Required:

• Business Administration Degree or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Management studies will be an advantage.
• At least a minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Operation of which 3 years should be at the management level.
• Valid driver's license
