About the position
Are you a seasoned Corporate Finance professional ready to lead high-stakes transactions at a premier global advisory firm? We are looking for a Senior Manager to drive the Due Diligence and Transactional lifecycle. This is a role for a strategic thinker who balances technical mastery with the ability to lead and grow a high-performing team.
In this leadership position, you will be the bridge between complex financial data and actionable client strategy. You will oversee the full spectrum of due diligence, from initial scoping and fee estimation to the final delivery of comprehensive reports that identify critical value drivers and potential deal-breakers.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 7+ years in corporate finance environment
- Registered Chartered Accountant (non-negotiable)
- Highly competent regarding due diligence
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong command of data visualization and analytics software.
