Position Overview
 
A luxury 5-star Nature Reserve is seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple to join their team. Located in the beautiful hospitality landscape of South Africa, this role is perfect for a pair who works in sync to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
• Own transport
• Valid driver’s license (essential)
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
• Strong team management and time management skills

Position Requirements:
Candidate 1:

• FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
• First Aid Level 1
• Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
• Excellent hosting skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Valid PDP

 
Candidate 2:

• Strong hosting skills
• All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
• PAN knowledge (essential)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Strong administrative skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Driver’s licences would be an advantage

 
Package:

• Market-related salary
• Accommodation
• Food allowance (company-funded)
• Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• 21 days annual leave
• Uniform provided
• Provident fund (after 3 months)
• 13th cheque (dependent on company performance)
