Role Title: Senior Management Accountant

Job Description: Our client offers an exhilarating opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in steering financial strategies and enhancing business processes. This role is a blend of analytics, strategy, and leadership, designed for a financial expert who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Analyze financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
  • Offer a robust analytical framework for key business decisions, including process enhancements and resource allocation.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage in performance analysis, identifying trends, and recommending actions to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support and implement financial initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a Management Accountant role, preferably in the manufacturing sector (5 years +).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
