Your Role.
- Provide expert legal guidance on commercial agreements.
- Draft and review contracts and transactions.
- Offer transaction advisory and project finance expertise.

Your Profile.
- Admitted attorney with 8+ years of experience in commercial agreements.
- Proven track record in contract management.
