Ensuring that IT services are designed and implemented to support both daily operational needs and strategic objectives. Ensure the security and integrity of data, , provide technical support, and enhance overall productivity through effective technology solutions.

- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Advantageous:
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum:
? 7-10 years in IT or a related field (management / supervisory level)
