What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll be managing and maintaining the full IT infrastructure, from networks and servers to VOIP systems and backup protocols. Your role includes ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested, overseeing cybersecurity tools, and ensuring IT support tickets are resolved efficiently. You'll monitor systems and networks to identify risks, implement preventative measures, and lead service provider management. Your expertise will also shape IT strategy and policies, while contributing to governance, compliance, and innovation across the business.

What you'll need
You'll bring over 10 years' experience in senior technical IT roles, with strong Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, VLAN, Cisco Meraki, firewall, and cloud administration expertise. A diploma or degree in IT is essential, along with certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Azure. Your leadership experience, hands-on skills in troubleshooting, project execution, and deep understanding of IT security and infrastructure make you the ideal candidate.
