Senior IT Technician

About the position

Seeking an experienced Senior IT Technician to join a small IT team and provide advanced support across hardware, software, network, and enterprise applications.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or related IT field OR Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert)
• 4-6 years' experience in a senior IT support role
• Strong technical knowledge of IT network infrastructures, TCP/IP, servers, hypervisors, managed switches, and firewalls
• Proficient in desktop support and Office 365 administration
• Experience with monitoring, patching, backups, and IT security incident response
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within strict SLAs
• Excellent communication skills and documentation practices
