About the position
Our client, a leading Manufacturing concern in Durban, situated close to Mount Edgecombe, is currently seeking a skilled Invoicing Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for handling invoice and credit note processing, invoicing customers, and promptly addressing customer queries.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk checks on daily dispatch notes.
- Supervising Invoicing Clerk.
- Supporting POD Intern by maintaining POD database for timely receipts.
- Generating daily invoices from delivery notes.
- Reviewing invoice pricing & GL posting.
- Ensuring accurate batch total checks and posting to the financial system.
- Compiling month-end invoice/delivery cut-off schedule.
- Timely handling of customer queries.
- Sending required reports to Customers weekly & monthly.
- Ensuring timely invoicing of Call Offs delivered.
- Accuracy in completing invoices and credit notes.
- Meeting all Customer queries & requirements promptly.
