About the position
Reverside is a leading IT services provider delivering high-quality Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We help clients design and implement seamless, scalable integration solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems.
We are seeking a Senior Integrations Developer with 4–5 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between multiple systems, platforms, and applications. The ideal candidate will ensure data consistency, reliability, and efficiency across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and messaging platforms.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across connected systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize existing integrations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration architecture and standards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of professional experience in integration development and architecture.
Strong expertise in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, BizTalk, or similar).
Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data mapping.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with cloud integration platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to automation and monitoring tools for integration workflows.
Understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and data governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering complex integration solutions in enterprise environments.
