About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration & Streaming Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade, real-time integration platforms that enable secure and reliable data movement across multiple systems.


The successful candidate will architect and develop scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, Python, Java, APIs, and cloud-native technologies. Working within an Agile environment, you will play a key role in delivering resilient, high-throughput streaming platforms that integrate enterprise applications and operational systems.


This position is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about distributed systems, event streaming, system integration, automation, and modern cloud architecture.




Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Solid Java development skills.
  • Experience designing enterprise API integrations.
  • REST API development.
  • Webhook integration.
  • Enterprise integration patterns.
  • Event streaming architecture.
  • Kafka Connect.
  • Confluent Platform.
  • SQL and relational databases.
  • Database performance tuning.
  • Data modelling.
  • ETL and ELT development.
  • Streaming pipeline development.
  • Schema Registry.
  • Avro.
  • Protobuf.
  • Metadata management.
  • Data quality frameworks.

  • Minimum 6–10 years' experience in Integration Engineering, Streaming Engineering, Data Engineering, or Backend Engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting production Kafka environments.
  • Strong experience developing enterprise integrations using APIs and messaging platforms.
  • Experience building large-scale event-driven systems.
  • Experience developing distributed applications.
  • Experience working in Agile software delivery teams.
  • Experience deploying cloud-native integration platforms.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant cloud certifications are advantageous.
  • Kafka certifications are advantageous.
  • Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
