About the position
Senior HR Advisor Position required to assist a major project. The Senior HR Advisor will lead full spectrum of HR functions ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, local labour legislation and global best practices. This role will be fostering high-performance culture, ensuring compliance and driving employee engagement accross all levels of the organisational structure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12/ N3 with maths and science (Only Certificates will be considered for verification)
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field (masters degree will be advantageous)
- Valid Driver's License code 8
- Minimum 10 Years' experience in a HR Role of which 3 years in a managerial capacity within multinational or large scale organisation.
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in mining environment or heavy industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR/IR Frameworks, compliance systems and people focused policies.
- In depth knowledge of Global and South African Labour Legislations and HR best practices
- Strong Track Record in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Leadership coaching.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
- Must have proven exposure to a project environment
- High proficiency in Project Management, Organisation and Time Management. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Must be fluent in English and isiZulu (writing, speaking and reading)
- Demonstrated strategic mindset and strong leadership capability
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality and the ability to make balanced, unbiased decitions
