About the position
Our international client is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and deliver creative projects across retail and POP (Point of Purchase) design. The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with strong leadership skills who can manage end-to-end design workflows from concept to production while inspiring creativity and innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide design projects across multiple brands and retail channels.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to deliver on brief, on brand, and on time.
- Conceptualize and develop creative POP and 3D design solutions that align with marketing strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor and motivate junior designers, fostering a collaborative studio environment.
- Present design ideas and rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative output.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of industry experience (preferably in POP / retail / print design).
- Strong understanding of design for retail, print, and production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong sketching, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
