Key Responsibilities
- Conceptual Development: Create and lead innovative visual strategies and design concepts tailored to diverse audiences and marketing funnels.
- Brand Execution: Drive cohesive design execution across all platformsweb, social media, print, and physical marketing (retail, events).
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Digital & Print Excellence: Design engaging content for websites, landing pages, social media campaigns, emails, brochures, POS, flyers, outdoor advertising, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to keep branding and campaigns fresh and forward-thinking.
- Mentorship & Oversight: Provide expert creative guidance to junior designers and freelancers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a design-centric role, especially within social media and print advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full campaign life cycles from concept through execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and color theory for both digital and traditional media.
- Experience creating assets for landing pages or digital environments.
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with web development basics or motion graphics.
- Experience in a relevant or adjacent industry (arts, crafts, lifestyle brands, or consumer products).
- Confidence working with analytics to tailor content performance.
- Previous experience in event or retail marketing design is a strong advantage.
