About the position
An established software development company specializing in custom, all-in-one, and bespoke business software solutions, is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will lead the technical lifecycle of their solutions. You will be responsible for guiding development specifications, overseeing testing efforts, and mentoring a team of programmers to deliver high-quality, high-performance code that meets client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead programming projects by coaching developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Technical Execution: Serve as the lead resource on assigned projects, developing robust applications using industry best practices.
- Process Improvement: Drive coding standards, improve internal libraries, and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Project Planning: Define program objectives and logical sequences (flowcharts/specs) in collaboration with clients.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee comprehensive testing and debugging to verify program operation and performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven track record in full-stack development and software maintenance.
- Foundations: Software Architecture, Algorithm Design, and Performance Tuning.
- Core Stack: C#, .NET Core, SQL, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Frontend/Mobile: React, Flutter, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
