About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
DESIGN, develop and maintain responsive, scalable and secure digital platforms as the next Senior Full Stack Developer sought by a fast-paced UK Managed Service Provider. The role encompasses Full Stack development, integration, cloud infrastructure management and ongoing support. The successful incumbent will require 6+ years’ Software Development experience with coding proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript & Backend services using technologies such as Azure App Service, API Management, Key Vault, VNET/WAF, Node.js, React, SQL, and integration with CargoWise. You also need the ability to utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of output.
DUTIES:
Development & Implementation -
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using [URL Removed] and integrate data visualisations using modern JavaScript libraries.
- Implement and consume both REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Cloud & Data Management -
- Work with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL.
- Assist in deployment and monitoring of applications.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
Collaboration & Growth -
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
- Document code, processes, and technical decisions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills -
- 6+ Years of Software Development experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Backend services using technologies such as Azure App Service, API Management, Key Vault, VNET/WAF, Node.js, React, SQL, and integration with CargoWise.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL API principles.
- Ability to utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of output.
Cloud & Tools -
- Experience with Azure services (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (D3.js, [URL Removed] or similar).
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
