We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team working on innovative global solutions. You will help develop and improve an integrated platform that supports quality reporting, analytics, target management, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
- Conduct system analysis, design, development, and testing in collaboration with feature team members.
- Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Java, TypeScript, and Angular within an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Build cloud native solutions using modern development tools and AI coding assistants as part of the standard development process.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve software development, build, and release processes.
- Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, consistency, and quality.
- Apply secure coding practices to protect applications against cybersecurity threats.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues as part of a Tier 2 and Tier 3 DevOps support team.
- Plan and execute application, tool, and feature upgrades to maintain system stability and performance.
- Improve existing applications through enhancements, performance optimisation, and effective problem solving.
- Apply AI engineering principles, including appropriate evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, high quality software solutions and support continuous improvement.
Requirements - Programming Languages: Java, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Frontend Development: Angular, JSF
- Java Application Platforms: GlassFish, GlassFish Micro, Quarkus
- Web Servers: Apache, Nginx
- Cloud Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure preferred
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL
- Containers and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Version Control and CI/CD: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Maven, Sonar, Jira, build and deployment pipelines, container registries
- AI Assisted Development: GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding tools
- AI Engineering: Context engineering, AI evaluation, guardrails, responsible AI practices
- Security: Secure coding practices and application security
- Testing: Test automation, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- Operations and Performance: Performance optimisation, observability, monitoring, incident management
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and AI orchestration frameworks would be an advantage.
Qualifications/Experience:
- IT Degree / Diploma
- Experience with Java applications, min 10+ years
- Experience with Angular applications
- Experience with AI-assisted/AI Augmented engineering practices
