About the position
As Senior Financial Manager, you will work closely with the executive team, gaining broad exposure to the business while managing the accounting function. You will report to the collaborate with the senior management team to drive excellence in financial operations and customer service processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting
Minimum 15 years’ experience, ideally with mid-sized companies and external stakeholder reporting.
Leadership experience in a financial role.
Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Working knowledge of IFRS and exposure to ERP systems (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt with business needs.
A strong team player and motivator.
