We are seeking an experienced and strategic Microsoft Certified Senior Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. What you’ll do:
- Financial Planning Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Reporting Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and disclosures in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Cost Management: Analyze costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Investment Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation, manage company investments, and assess financial opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives, department heads, and external auditors to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Technology Automation: Leverage financial systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy
Your expertise:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Experience in financial modeling, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus.
