About the position
Leading Engineering Consulting Firm that has a proud history of 100 years servicing both South Africa and Africa, requires an experienced, efficient, energetic, mature Senior Financial Manager who will report directly to the CEO. This Firm runs +/-400 Projects simultaneously, so needs a FM that has the capacity to support these projects as well as take full control of the day-to-day Financial duties. You will manage a small, efficient Team of 4, so being able to handle multiple tasks and being hands-on is key. Reporting to the MD provides a wonderful, strategic element to the position, which is exciting and challenging. This is a Company that retains staff, even though it has a staff compliment of over 250, it has a fantastic "family feel".
