Senior Field Engineer (Tier II)

About the position

Our wonderful client in the IT Services industry is urgently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Tier II Technician/Field Support Engineer to manage and service a portfolio of external clients.

You will be responsible for full hardware, software, server and networking support. Must have solid working knowledge of the above as well as exposure to cloud based solutions.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Completed tertiary qualification in IT
• 8years experience - not negotiable
• Driver's license
• Own vehicle

• Senior field support engineer
• Senior tier II technician
