About the position

We are looking for a candidate who has operated at a group or senior level, capable of taking full ownership of the department
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in F&I management, particularly in high-performing dealership environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ability to integrate with the broader sales and management team seamlessly
The remuneration package is market related and not capped – they are prepared to offer a highly competitive package for the right candidate who brings the required strength and leadership.
