About the position
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced EPM Senior Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of EPM solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, lead functional discussions, mentor junior consultants, and take ownership of project streams with minimal supervision.
This role requires strong BOARD Software experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to successful client engagements and project delivery.
Description
- Design and buildEPM models and BOARD applications.
- Lead functional discussions and requirements-gathering workshops with clients.
- Develop complex data models and capsules.
- Perform unit testing, support system testing, and resolve defects.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and end-user support during UAT and go-live.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for assigned projects or workstreams.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks where required.
- Mentor Consultants and Junior Consultants on BOARD development best practices.
- Lead teams, conduct reviews, and support performance management of junior team members.
- Work independently while ensuring successful project delivery and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.
Minimum Requirements
- BCom in Information Systems, BCom Accounting, BSc Informatics, or a related degree.
- 5 years of BOARD Software experience.
- At least one BOARD Software certification.
- Experience with EPM solution development and implementation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and client-facing engagements.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and/or leading teams.
